The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Berlin, right opposite the natural history museum, making it easy to explore the city's history. It is also close to many sights and just a short distance from Berlin's main train station. The rooms are comfortable and offer a wonderful view of the hotel garden. The service provided by the staff is friendly and professional. the hotel offers great facilities such as a common room with a small kitchen, perfect for storing fresh foods for dinner.

The coffee machine in the hotel can be quite annoying, and some of the furniture in the rooms is made of plastic.

The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony overlooking a beautiful terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options at a reasonable price. The hotel had a cozy parlor on the terrace where guests could relax and enjoy complimentary coffee or tea.

I had the best stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main train station and right opposite the Naturkundemuseum Metro stop. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful courtyard garden that provided a super clean and relaxing dining area for breakfast. The courtyard setting of this hotel was beautiful. It was so peaceful and relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the greenery. The rooms were also excellent, spacious and comfortable. I particularly loved the private balcony overlooking the flowering trees and plants. The location was great too, within walking distance of the subway station and close to Hauptbahnhof. Transport links to other parts of the city were easily accessible.
